"Amazing lunch, every bite of every dish was exceptional. Definitely the best salmon we ever had and in such a variety of forms. We started with salmon tartar Asian style and a salmon platter (cold smoked, hot smoked and cured). On to grilled salmon with broccolini, truffled potato cream and thyme butter – to die for!!!! All accompanied with a beautiful view of the fjord, professional staff and good drinks. Reservation necessary as restaurant is full all day long. Great location-just next to the modern art museum."
