"very impressed by the creativity of the starter and the main course. the aromen are unique with a hauch of fusion (wakame seeweed paired with duck breast for example. for the starter would recommend the fried brussel sprouts if they are not a blue cheese lover, the flower cauliflower soup could be too heavy. for the main course, would recommend the cablejaufisch, but the bark, deenbrust, and the lamb was also very tasteful. dee breast was cooked on delicate, and very creative taste also. but a little disappointed with the dessert chocolate moose and red velvety cake (or perhaps the hot dishes have only about the desserts. the part dessert is too big (i.e. I'm just saying that? but overall the atmosphere of furu was cozy, almost like a private kitchen club. all stars for the friendly service and high quality dishes."
