"The menu hyped up their elk burger and I was assured it would be 100% elk meat, but sadly it was a sorry industrial patty with lots of swine grease and whatnot. The taste wasn 't bad, but when you are assured 100% elk and you find out later that the same producer only has a product with 40% elk, 20% pork and 7% beef, the 33% remaining obviously not even meat), and they charge 259 for it... And when I tell the staff, they shrug and say It was supposed to be all elk! ."
