"During my travels through Norway I had the pleasure of visiting Bergen for two days and stumbled upon Bare Vestland. It was a wonderful dining experience. I was seated at the kitchen view table and watched the chefs take great pride in their creations. The menu is simple and each dish is prepared to perfection. The dishes were presented with an explanation that showed serving staff shared the enthusiasm for the food quality. Each dish I tried was full of flavors, textures, temperatures and colors. I only wish I were in town a couple more days to experience the full menu. I have dined at about 25 fine restaurants in Norway and this is the best. The price was also below the median. Great place."

"ordering the oumph pizza with extra avocado and chili aoili and it was amazing! they even had brownie with mango sorbet to dessert. only in part was the lack of vegetable milk for coffee. will definitely go back. saved family dinner. even opa has eaten the pizza. super delicious. that can adapt almost any desire they have. the mushrooms, where also super delicious."
