"The service was friendly and pleasant, but the coffee was average and was served overly hot. It was disappointing to see that it was served in a paper cup instead of a proper mug. The bagels were soft and resembled Norwegian rolls more than traditional bagels. They tasted good, but weren't like a traditional bagel."

"The website had some technical issues when trying to use an account to pre-order pizzas, so we ended up just going to the counter to place our order. We were able to easily collect our 40 pizzas on time. It's worth noting that they offer a "business" or corporate account option for billing. Also, the password for online registration is different from the one used for ordering at the counter. The pizzas were delicious and generously sized!"
