"We came in on a summer's day around 8pm and lined up to wait for a table. The waiter passed us several times, but after 10 minutes we just went and took a table in the half-full room, as nothing happened and there were several employees just standing there doing nothing. A nice waiter came to take the order. We ordered a rosé wine, and soon after she returned with a red wine from the same producer. We immediately saw that this was wrong and spoke up. She maintained that it was the right wine, and we just said no, this is red wine. Then the rosé wine came and it wasn't cold. Then it doesn't help with a thermos around. We asked for the wine to be put on ice and then the bottle came back with a couple of ice cubes under the bottle, that won't help! We poured in water to get it cold around the bottle. The food: the food is just not good enough for the price level. We ordered a tagliatelle with meat and the meat is dry, and the pizza is unspeakably boring and devoid of good or exciting flavors. The caprese came with a piece of bread, it was chewy. If you want Italian, go somewhere else. But a plus for the nice sofa you can sit on."
