"This experience felt like a joke. Our order was completely wrong and they mishandled our reservation. There was a lot of confusion when we arrived to get our table. We were supposed to have a Christmas dinner and ordered piglet, but ended up with kebabs instead. The tables were dirty, and when I asked if they could be quickly wiped down, they claimed they would but never did. It was such a disaster that all I could do was laugh. I don't understand how restaurants like this stay in business."
