"We were seated at a poorly arranged table, and the food started off disappointingly. The blue cheese was bland, and the sauce tasted like it was straight from a salt lake. The atmosphere was further dampened by the poor service from the staff. We had to wait a long time, despite the restaurant not being busy, and when our orders finally arrived, they were incorrect and took an unnecessarily long time to fix. When the waiter did come to check on us, he seemed rushed and took two of our plates away while leaving the rest of the mess on the table. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to clear the table, which felt excessive. Overall, neither the food nor the service met my expectations, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. "Was in transit at Oslo for 6 hours. Decided to try Havsalt instead of a lounge using a priority pass. Staff was not very welcoming. My friend asked about soup, and the woman curtly said “only what you see.” We ordered a seafood salad and smoked salmon sandwich. Food was decent but not much variety available. Cold seafood and a variety of drinks. Prices are typically high for an airport establishment. As we had been traveling for more than 12 hours, I fell asleep in our booth. A woman came by and said “You can’t sleep here.” I understand policy, but approach, but manners, customer service skills, and approachability are important. Not a bad place to sit comfortably and charge your phone if you have no other choice. Otherwise, I recommend paying for a hot meal and better customer service elsewhere. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid-friendly as menu is limited and all seafood. There are some booths available which are good for small families and those are out babies. Wheelchair accessibility: Aisles between tables seem too small and inconvenient for this in a wheel chair. People with luggage and trolleys may also make it more challenging to move around as space is limited."
