"What a disappointment! This restaurant is the most expensive in the city, yet offers the worst food, smallest portions, and lackluster service. Our main dishes were all overcooked, almost burnt, when they were supposed to be medium. The sides were made with the cheapest ingredients available. The portions were incredibly small, especially considering the high prices. To make matters worse, the desserts were already melting when they were served. Ordering is done through an app or at the counter, and you are required to pay before your food is even cooked. After ordering, we had to wait 45 minutes before our food was brought to our table. The staff could definitely benefit from a customer service course, as they showed no effort in engaging with us. The restaurant was only about 30% full during our visit. This was my third time dining here, and each visit seems to be worse than the last. Our party of 6 definitely won't be coming back."
