"The pizza at this restaurant used to be good, but my last order was not very fresh and the delivery driver was overly aggressive. Today's order was better in terms of the pizza, but the fries were lacking in portion size and were not fresh (just generic frozen fries). There was more mayonnaise than fries, and the chili mayo was tasteless and clearly from a wholesale supplier. When I called the restaurant to express my concerns, I was transferred to the kitchen where an unhelpful staff member hung up on me. It's disappointing to see a decline in quality and service after years of enjoying this restaurant. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they improve their standards."
