"Finding vegan options outside of Portland itself can be hit or miss, but we struck gold at 48 North in Tigard. When I called to inquire about their vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart), the person on the phone was incredibly friendly and informative. The thin, chewy crust on our pizzas (we tried the Over the Border and Greek) was just right, and the toppings were perfectly balanced with the delicious sauce. The real standout was the vegan cheese, which was melted to perfection and not overpowering. In one word: delicious. I only wish I could give this restaurant a full 5 stars, as they truly deserve it. They also offer vegan wings and other enticing dishes that we can't wait to try."

There are many enticing options on the menu at this restaurant, including a variety of pizzas with numerous vegan toppings to customize your own, as well as salads and other boiled items. The crust on our pizza was exceptional, perfectly cooked with a crispy yet thin and chewy texture. The restaurant is conveniently located in the same building as Fido, offering a selection of beer and apple wine. The terrace provides a lovely view of a forested path, creating a pleasant dining experience.

It can be difficult to find vegan options outside of Portland, but we hit the jackpot at 48 North in Tigard. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I called to ask about their vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart). We tried the Over the Border and Greek pizzas, both of which had a thin, chewy crust with just the right amount of crispiness. The toppings were perfectly balanced and blended well with the tasty sauce. The vegan cheese was added in just the right amount and completely melted, making for a delicious pizza. I wish I could give them 5 stars, they truly deserve it. They also offer vegan wings and other tempting options that we will definitely be trying in the future.
