"I love this place so much. The ingredients are super fresh and high quality, so it always tastes amazing. They serve large portions, too, and since it’s fresh the leftovers are fine the next day. Some people complain it is too expensive, but I think it’s a great value for what you get. Yes, you can get a cheaper meal elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. The salads at Mootz down the block are actually MORE expensive, and not as good or large. Everyone is so nice and sweet too, and I’ve never had a bad experience in over two years going here. Sometimes there’s a line at lunch but it moves quick, so don’t let that deter you. The Yoga Girl salad turned me on to tofu since it’s marinated so...

I enjoyed my salad the first time with bread. Now the second time I got the salad I got wrap bread, which I thought would be on the side.. was not expecting my salad to be wrapped with dressing on it at all. I am disappointed. Wish I had the time to return it

7 Greens is a fantastic new option for lunch in Detroit! The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful, made with locally sourced ingredients. We tried both the Popeye and Modern Proper salads and they were delicious. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. We can't wait to go back and try their smoothies and toasts. The open window and sidewalk seating is perfect for enjoying the upcoming Spring weather. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the woman working alone behind the counter who took the time to help us with the menu and checked in on us after our meal. We appreciated the personal touch and will definitely be returning.
