"I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite calling ahead to let them know I would be arriving 15 minutes early at 4:15 instead of 4:30, there was no one outside to greet us and our table was not set. The server didn't take our drink order or greet us until we had been sitting there for five minutes. When we are spending a significant amount of money on a company dinner, we expect better service. The person who answered the phone was helpful and said there would be no issue, but upon arrival, it was clear that the staff was not prepared to open. This was on a Friday night, and I believe they can do better."

"This is our way on site! Great food, friendly staff and wonderful owner. We visited this restaurant regularly. We never had a bad experience. Our favorites our Taco's and the bbq. The waiters Rose and Cassandra are great. You remember what we like and make us welcome. The owner Mike is friendly and interesting. I recommend this restaurant."

I deliver for( Uber eats) Its not ready or lost. I tried confront the Owner on this issue and he SLAMMED the order window In my face. "We are BIG fans of Romaines .. the renovations are beautiful .. welcoming and very nice trendy .. waiting area is awesome!!!!FOOD.. another story .. very disappointed... starters .. calamari was full of batter .. why ruin a good a good thing ... it Used to be amazing Next salad .. where is the Caesar that we loved .. were we the only ones who loved this?Entrees.. oh boy! The shrimp now has a funky red sauce ..And the haddock was very dry and .. might be better as a fish and chipOverall .. Romaines is no longer a fine dining restaurant it is more of a bar and you should go there expecting a burger or lighter fare ..it's something the area might need but you should not be paying the price of the older Romaines and receiving a lesser menuWe never minded spending a larger amount for dinner and a great bottle of wine when the food equaled what we paid .. but now I will still be a fan of Romaines but know that I should keep my food choices to the burger or fish tacos They changed the look and the menu but they forgot to change the name .. not Romaines anymore"

"My family and i love chickfile anywhere, any city any state. We found them first in Florida, we are in MASSACHUSETTS and still love our chickfile. Customer service is great. The manager is so humble he serves and i see him clean tables sometimes. Everyone is friendly- the chickfile culture. Fries are great 98% of tge time. Ive had cold fries or something missing from my order but otherwise love it here. Chickfile source, is the best in my opinion with fries and grilled chicken nuggets. I used to like the fried nuggets but it seems a bit too salty for my liking so we go with the grilled nuggets and its delicious! I highly recommend here. Kids area is open for play. It was closed due to covid but open now...yaaay! For the kids."
