"I absolutely love the canton location. The white marsh location was terrible. We had 5 different servers. The appetizers were okay. The ramen was the horrible. There was about an inch of grease on top of the broth. We got two bowls and didn’t even take two bites. When I asked the server if there was anything we could do she just said no. They stand there and watch you eat the whole time. It was a very uncomfortable experience overall. Not to mention when we left they literally raced to the table for the tip."

Pretty good ramen, interior is nice but the restaurant is a little small so I'd imagine it would get filled quick. Servers are nice, and if you're there on a good day, the atmosphere jumps from a 3 to a 5 because of whoever has aux.

The food was delicious and the servers were very nice, I got the Unogi don and was somewhat disatisfied with the portions which is my reason for leaving 3 stars. The rice to eel ratio was way off in my opinion, I got a full bowl of rice, some radish, half an egg and maybe 4 or 5 small squares of eel. I'm just visiting so maybe this is common with this chain or in Maryland but I usually get more protein with my meal. Still overall a nice experience
