"extremely bad service and no professionalism at all. they brought us the wrong order, they denied it and said that we placed the wrong order. while a solution had already been found with the waiter, the manager came to our table and instead of apologising. for the inconveniences came with an aggressive attitude and tell us that he does not believe us. all things had an unexpected irony and aggressive attitude. there was a lack of knowing about the English language and they were always speaking in German. When I asked about the bill, the manager came and asked me where I came from. I told him that this is next to the point and asked him to be more professional, at least next time. suddenly he fell on his knee and cried ironically, I'm sorry the other waiter caught him and hit him. I didn't feel like living in my life. unproffesionalism rasicm violence zero knowledge of the English definitiw no place to eat with family and friends."

"When we arrived a waitress, sarah came after 10 minutes to take our order. we didn't even have a menu. They gave us the menus and then we waited 20 minutes to get our order after the flag a few... times to eat and a teller was missing. the order has not been taken correctly. when we called sarah, she recognized us, but never came back to see us. we asked someone to help us who told us that he would not accept our order. at this point we were willing to go so that we asked to have our bill. When it arrived, we were overloaded. the service at this place is very bad."

"The interior space conditions are very narrow and aim significantly at mass. The personal space requirement is too short. The ordered food came quickly and was very well portioned and plentiful. The quality could be seen. It was too often asked for drinks. In some cases, the glasses were still semi-finished. Despite the authentic ambience, the sound scene is quite high. Infant children lack the possibility of moving and come quickly from half-open doors or other occupied guest places. If I have an additional seat on the head side, I sit in the single passageway. Here I have to move forward or stand up every few minutes to give the service or other guests a place for young children. For a meal to two certainly nice but as a group we were 9) too narrow and too unindividual. It's a shame to have a good meal. Total value therefore only satisfactory !"
