"It sounds like cliche, but really if I could give them zero stars I would...I am a patron of bagel places for last 25 years and they're some great, good and not so good ones... this one is a disaster..! It was our first visit and last visit same time. The staff was very unfriendly. We got there at 10:30am, the shelves were empty not much left to choose from, to their defense they said another batch is almost ready if we would wait a couple minutes, which we choose to do. Waiting for 15 minutes, we are looking around place, where to seat it was dirty, there was a live cricket strolling around the tables dirty tables, dirty coffee machines, rugs, used Band Aid on the floor, garbage can with b...

The Porkroll, Egg Cheese san was good and so was the coffee. Unfortunately I did not receive my hash brown.

Bagels are always perfect, with great cream cheese. Besides that they really go out of their way for their customers. I order most mornings, and usually get a watermelon Red Bull. Well, one morning they didnt have any left. They tried calling me multiple times. So, because she couldnt get a hold of me, she stole one from her husbands personal stash. That is service lol. This morning they ran out, and instead of just giving me whatever, they called again. This time we connected, and it all worked out!
