The host, Tori, was incredibly friendly and attentive! She was very accommodating when I requested a booth and we had a pleasant chat for about 5 minutes with great conversation.

This was the worst dining experience ever. It seems like there is new management because I have never had issues with this Applebee's before. We ordered our food from DoorDash and when it arrived, we noticed that we were missing a whole entree, some sauces, and a soup. We called to express our disappointment and they offered to replace the missing items if we returned to the restaurant. When we picked up the new items, they were already cold. We called back to complain and the manager accused me of swearing at her, which I never did. She was rude and incompetent. The next person we spoke to handled the situation much better.
