"The worst waitress in the world works at this restaurant, her name is Stephanie. She should not be working as a waitress, not even at a McDonald's drive-thru. The manager is unable to control her behavior and allows her to mistreat customers. I placed a delivery order and it was left at the bottom of my stairs without any notification. I had to wait outside for 20 minutes in 30-degree weather without knowing my order had arrived. The supervisor was unhelpful and unsure of who delivered my order, blaming it on DoorDash. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

I went to a happy hour with some friends and had a great experience. We got 2 drinks and two large orders of wings for just $22. Fraugrace assisted me and checked my ID, which I appreciated. She made sure I had a non-alcoholic option and made me feel youthful. Her customer service was outstanding and her personality was top-notch. I think Mrs. Grace deserves a raise or promotion in the training department. She treated us like family, which made a big difference in our experience.
