"I absolutely love Rock Burger!! I have been a loyal customer since they first opened, not at this location but at the original location. I used to drive 30 minutes just to enjoy their delicious food and I was never disappointed. When I heard they were opening a location in Cheektowaga, I made sure to visit every day during their launch week. Even to this day, the food is phenomenal. I always try something different but I always go back to their amazing Doritos Dreamboat! I also appreciate that they have not drastically increased their prices like some other popular food joints have recently."

"The restaurant had a unique atmosphere that felt more like an American diner than an Asian restaurant. They offered a separate vegan menu which was enjoyable. The sweet owl and avocado roll was delicious, but the pad thai was disappointing as it tasted like leftover reheated dinner from the night before."

"Their food was greasy , and although the repeated what I had already said twice , they still got the subs I ordered wrong. I also ordered a veggie platter which I took a picture of but I don’t know how to post it they put it in a huge box but was enough items to hold in one hand it was so small and not worth the price . The prices were extremely overpriced and the French fries were burnt and just got thrown out. I regret ordering from there and never will again . When you walked inside it smelled as if they didn’t use exhaust fans , and the owner was sitting talking about people and other restaurants with the customer ahead of me who was trying to leave while I continued to wait for him to be done bad mouthing other places, people AND their family . Very unprofessional.This was the second time trying to order from them the first time I tried to order from the Slice app and they canceled my order for two slices and French fries because the chat said they were out of pizza and out of French fries — Never again !"

"Our server was slow. There wasnt as many meats as on the menu. They only came around with like different meats and some of them were so raw they were breathing. Couldn't eat them. We also had to wait for the meat servers alot. Never had this much bad service and food there. We've been there atleast times and at a person it was a disappointment. Dont know if I'll be back. Not sure that it's worth it especially since it went from to"
