"Food took forever for a child meal and 2 orders of cheese cures. We were the only people in there. None of the things were shot (sought for contingencies and was quickly directed to the contingent area, where they were out of almost everything there was attitude when I asked again for what I needed, to the empty condim bar and huffed off when I explained that it was not there. She brought out a box to fill all the moments later) It's hot in there, it flies everywhere. None of the tables were wiped (tested about 5 different) and had sticky spots or straw garbage on the table or bench every time.. Again they were not busy and they could have cleaned or stored things. The food was disappointed...

It over 25 minutes to get food while other orders behind us had food within 5 minutes. Grilled shrimps are not grilled or even similar to grilled shrimps. The staff is not so friendly. Only reason for one star is because of the frost cup we have made root beer taste great.

We stopped getting a burger. We were 10 minutes ahead of the 2 employees standing behind the counter to see a customer waiting. After we had ordered, we were waiting for our food and found that the entire dining room was not cleaned. All tables were dirty and covered with old food or garbage.

We drive an hour to get our favorite foods that remind me of home. Unfortunately this trip was met with a building visibly falling apart. Machine broke down and leaking all over the counter. The entire facility was filthy. . Order was wrong not once but given the wrong thing a second time. Hope that the company can visit qnd fix these problems with the building. Not only is it unpleasant as a customer but I am sure the people working there would appreciate better support
