"Actually, we wanted to go through the little holiday and go to the home town. We were surprised when we came home from Christmas. Uh, isn't Easter? We came into a heavy snowstorm that nothing went on the highway and then also traffic jam for accidents. So we decided to drive down in Greding to breastfeed our grim stomach. Here it was so far that the snow had turned into rain and came down powerfully. In the middle of the market square there are many possibilities to return, but the public parking spaces were all occupied. At Gasthof Krone we read a sign, parking in the yard. This is used and from the parking lot there is also a back entrance in which you come to the restaurant. The toilets are also located between the back entrance and the guest room. From the marketplace there are some steps to the guest room. Service We entered the guest room and remained unnoticed. We looked around and saw some free tables. After nobody took care of us, we chose one of the tables and took place. Guests arriving after us were informed that they could take place where they would like. Then a lady came to us, greeted us kindly, lit the candle and meant - let me bring them a drink, or would you like to look at them in the map. Go, not the ordinary saying – to drink. We were thirsty and ordered the same. We then got the hint they had two different alcohol-free beers, told us what they have and what taste behind it. The drinks were then brought by a young lady, put to the guest with the imprint and she wished us well. When we had closed the card, the other lady came to us and asked if we had become folly. The Gargrad was asked and she thanked for the order. A plate with cutlery and napkins was placed on the table shortly afterwards. The young lady was again responsible for the delivery. Spotzl got his food with salad and he wanted a good appetite. So, I sat there and looked Spotzl about. 5 minutes at dinner until my plate came. She then meant-- so, the Rumpsteak, good appetite, I'll bring the salad. He came a little later with one, please. Tables next door: The salad was always served in advance, they could eat until the two dishes were served simultaneously. The two ladies we had to get to know in the service wore both Dirndl. Spotzl was finished, put out the cutlery aside and behind the gift, dressed with red diocese pink to everyday clothes, came a young lady, took Spotzl's plate and meant – has tasted. That's something we can't do when someone's eating and cleaning up. Tables next door: everybody was able to eat quietly and everything was cleared when everyone was done. My plate was cleared with the question whether it would have tasted of the young lady in the Dirndl. Something came then the no longer very young lady and asked if we still want something, coffee, espresso or dessert. We agreed and shared with her that we would like to pay, the glasses were almost empty. She quickly came back with the Bon, thanked herself very warmly, asked again if everything was good, wished us a nice day and gave us a friendly pass. There was another thank you, goodbye. Oh, there was still the demand among the food if everything would fit. To the side tables, not with us. Is on our forehead tattooed, they are used to bad service? Nice and friendly were the ladies, but why is the service not as perfect as with the other guests? Unfortunately deductions because of this, 3, 5 star food The menu has a brown cover and the logo from the inn with hotel is located at the front with on it In the inner printed sides are inserted under solid foil, beautiful, not the ordinary transparent covers. The choice of dishes is kept clear, there are also dishes without meat, but most of them have meat dishes. In addition, there are daily meals on one side. We chose two alcohol-free wheat from the Riedenburg brewery at 3,10 € each, the Rumpsteak “ Madagskar” in peppercognac sauce, with potato croquettes and salad plate for 17,80 and beard liquor Cordon-bleu from the pan, plus fries and salads of the season for 12,80 € The salad plate and salads of the season were both the same dishes with different whites. It consisted of various leaf salads, including field salad. Radical strips, paprika cubes, cucumber slices, yellow **** sidetti as decoration above it. Below there were also herb salad, yellow **** salad and cucumber salad from peeled cucumbers. The ingredients were all fresh, tasty and all provided with dressing. This was very balanced in the acid ratio with a slight sweetness. It was very good. Bärlauch Cordon-bleu had been fried wonderfully out, the panade nicely crispy, detached from the meat, was not greasy and had a nice taste. The meat was very delicate, super seasoned and the filling consisted of ham and a beard-fresh cheese cream. The ham had a strong taste, the cream had a great taste for beard and was tasted perfectly. There was also a lemon carving. We were thrilled by the Bärlauch Cordon-bleu, which one could not say at the Pommes. Very simple thin pommes without taste and more than pappe errienerning. The only thing we could say positively here, they were not greasy and adequately supplied with salt. The crispy and inner soft was unfortunately also missing. The Rumpsteak had a neat size and was cooked to the point as desired, really nice medium. It was buttery and juicy, you wouldn't need the steak knife. The pepper cognac sauce had been slightly thickened and had a really fine pepper taste. In the sauce were still inlaid green peppercorns and pink pepperberries were scattered above. The cognac could be tasted very discreetly out and refined with some cream. Even here we were thrilled, if there weren't the croquettes. Knusprig fritted and it was already, no taste for potatoes and somehow very mehlig. They went a little bit in sauce. In the case of the supplements one should think and not use the very favorable finished products as we suspect. There are so many alternatives. It's delicious. sauce and salad also impeccable. Four stars. Ambience It is a large guest room, but the tables are partly divided with partitions, which are decorated in spring and are sprinkled with birch trunks. It is mostly covered with light wood. At the window front, the tables are slightly narrower and there is a corner bench with it. The window benches are decorated with artificial and real flowers. The tables are covered with light blue fabric table cloths and there are white fabric medium blankets. There is a sugar shaker, salt and pepper shaker, a white bark and the ice cream card on the table. The toilets were completely refurbished, in the guest room we liked it well, 4 stars. Cleanliness We couldn't find anything negative. On the toilets little traces of dust, which we consider to be very clean, in front of the toilets there is still a powerful construction site, it is just built there. 5 stars."
