"Worst burger I’ve had. cole slaw had a weird taste and not fit to eat, forgot to bring cole slaw and salad to the table. The seafood platters were 2 stars if that. Not much for atmosphere as there were only 3 tables at 6pm on a Friday night. Should have known when we turned into an empty parking lot to just leave. No refills on drinks and took forever to get our ticket to pay and leave. Service was lacking all the way around, didn’t even know where the drink list was on the menu."

It's been a go-to for a while, but the last two experiences have been subpar. Both times, major parts of order are incorrect after the order being reported back. The second time, even the remake was wrong, but I didn't want to make a fuss about and a bigger issue. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

"This place is really a hidden gem. They are very well known for their Gelato and they have several vegan flavors at any time! I went tonight and there were five different options. The owner's daughter, who is also one of the owners, creates the vegan flavors and sometimes does it on request! It will also make you so many vegan meals, including a quesadilla that looks like a burrito (comes with rice, beans, grilled vegetables, guacamole, salsa, etc.). They have no vegan cheese or meat, but are very accommodating. I live in the area so I came here all my life and I'm glad I can come here as a vegan. Not to mention the daughter of the Order is vegetarian! Also many gluten-free options."

"If you are looking for a private room for a party I would recommend HIGHLY La Piazza in Merrick! I worked with Ashley on a surprise board for my husband. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, hospitality and quality of La Piazza! Ashley was so keen to create a party tailored to my husband Mike. We had to re-sedulate it from February to March because of the Covid spike and they were so accommodating....no problem ever! Our party hosting this day, Erica, was exceptional....she was there to anticipate my need to keep the party running smoothly to keep the decoration, the video presentation that we had planned, music/micro that was requested and the timing of the dishes served. Bread baskets, water pitches wine were constantly refilled...Gases were taken drinks while the socialization and tables were kept clean all 4 hours. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was served hot and there was enough for seconds and even third parties! They delivered the event cake from Dortinos Bakery, which is amazing! I was able to ask him to be decorated on the subject. The event was a great success with guests who thank me and the food service rave!"

"10 outta 10. This place is da best. The pizza is the best in the area and every employee is so kind. They always try (and succeed) to make you feel welcome. Walk into this joint and the first thing you see is a couple stereotypical Italian long islanders behind the counter talking about pizza or some sh*t and then you order their wonderfully priced food, take a bite, and you'll be stuck in the shop like a fly in a flytrap. Also, my grandma is boys with one of the ladies behind the counter and if that isn't a good enough indicator that this place is valid, then I don't know what is. Bonbino's has grandmas approval!"

"The food at this restaurant is excellent! My personal favorite is the Lo mein, which is delicious. The boneless spare ribs and chicken with broccoli are also very good. However, I am not a fan of the sesame chicken as it has too much breading. The service is decent, although not outstanding, but that is to be expected from a takeout place."
