"There 's a SENSATIONAL new taste in town, on the Ridge Manor bayou, with a Cajun twist. The Harmony of flavors served up by a fun family makes beautiful music. Chef/Owners Anthony Cindy are the perfect duet. Daughter Haley is the allegro upbeat of the meet n greet! Son Brady is a true violin virtuoso keeping time in the kitchen, too. Younger Payton plays along. Miss Lucy Different Last Name completes the ensemble. Being a man of many chosen words, I 'm fighting between writing a movie length review or a quick witted RAVE review. Let 's see how it goes.... Swamp Soup! The Earthy name conjures up curiosity, to say the least. This medley of fresh sausage, potatoes, collards in a heavy cream base sings! The spice notes are totally in tune. Spoon slurping NEVER was this much fun! As Oliver Twist beckoned Please, sir, I want some more . Dirty Bird! No, not name calling. I 'm talkin 'bout the Dirty Bird Smothered Chicken Breast! Topped with saw-teyed onyons, mushrooms, cheddar jack cheese and a ladle-full of soon-to-be-famous debri gravy. With food like this, call me anything you want, but just CALL ME!!! Hernando gonna be buzzin with lots of cool words. Beignets, boudin, Po ' Boy, Jambalaya, Mamalaya, Papalaya, Lagniappalaya and WREC pie! Each and every one a symphony of high notes and applause worthy!
