"It’s like I want to give them 5 stars for their effort and it’s really hard to find a 24/7 place that even has vegan options... but literally almost all vegan options that they have are tofu-based. And it’s not even cooked well or seasoned. If they put as much creativity and effort into their vegan corner as in 98% animal products based massive menu, they could’ve made so many delicious options for vegans.. like tofu is not the only thing we eat. Their vegan menu pretty much represents the common idea among omnivores that vegan diet is plain, super limited and boring, when it couldn’t have been any further from the truth. All it takes is a little research."

I was glad to see that the diner vegan options had, but they use a simple block of tofu in all their sandwiches. it is not cut, shredded, spiced, or anything. it looks like they took it out of the package and laid it between brot. it was feasible to go with nonvegans and still have some options. better options for vegetarians.

I was happy to see that the diner had vegan options, however they use a plain block of tofu in all of their sandwiches. It’s not cut, shredded, seasoned, or anything. It looks like they took it out of the package and put it between bread. It was doable for going out with nonvegans and still having some options. Better options for vegetarians.
