"I visited the Ben & Jerry's location in Times Square, New York, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The manager, Xavier, along with his team, was energetic and eager to help. The shop was clean, well-lit, and had a cozy atmosphere. With so many tempting options, I had a hard time deciding at first! Xavier made some recommendations and kindly let me sample a few flavors. Ultimately, I chose Vanilla Bean on a chocolate cone. It was fresh, creamy, and absolutely delicious! It was so good that I returned the next day for two more scoops! Rating: Food - 5, Service - 5, Atmosphere - 5."

I had a sundae with marshmallow-flavored sky ice cream topped with a cookie at the bottom, while my kids each enjoyed two scoops. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. I have a picky eater, and the clerk, named Britney, was especially accommodating; she encouraged us to try whatever we liked. She was fantastic! Thank you, Britney!

I ordered a cake online and mistakenly selected the wrong date—seven days later than I actually needed it. That was entirely my fault. However, Natalie was amazing! She quickly helped us choose a delicious substitute cake from the freezer and even added the message I requested. She truly saved the day. The cake was fantastic, and the service was exceptional and greatly appreciated! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this place!
