"with a group of 7 on Thursday night. not busy. Overhead speakers drowned talk, but was rejected when we asked. server brought drinks and took our order shortly after our arrival, then disappeared. no eating appeared for 70 minutes, although many people appear busy in the kitchen. server just said they're working on it now when we asked. when eating finally arrived, it was hot and well prepared, but we didn't really care anymore. have a new meaning for the slow food concept!"

I have reserved 8 days, and they were more than happy to accommodate. our server, josh, was very polite to help us decide between lovely options, and the service was very fast. we stayed to chat and were never forgotten or ignored. 10/10 will go again.

they wouldn't put us until he was here, although there were many tables. the food lasted an hour. they brought the appetizers with the rest of the food. when we asked politely about eating, the waitress was a bit rude. no apologies have been made by management staff about our weight. I would not recommend it for a special occasion

upscale and innovative native american inspired pub food think fribreads, tacos and posole. the aromes are fat and well developed; definitiw a step up from the typical bar-fare. the price is correspondingly high. image about $15 20 for a escape. excellent selection of Epic buddies and other cocktails and spirits. the service was efficient and friendly although we had a bigger group. parking is difficult to find in this lively sugarhouse neighborhood.

"I speak as a tourist. I was delighted this place has dedicated, on-the-menu options – as it is apparently open late, it would seem to be worth keeping in mind for that reason. This, and the empanada's great value, lead me to give it three stars. That said, there were some oddities. I got the vegan arepa and the vegan empanada. They were both filled with *exactly the same ingredients* and the empanada was bigger than the arepa – but the arepa costs more than 2x as much. Given these circumstances, and the fact that I liked the empanada more, I can see the empanada being a great deal for a vegan looking late night or for a bit of variety. Both of them were on the bland side, however, and far from imaginative. I did enjoy the plantains in both; otherwise, it was mainly black beans and some avocado. (From the menu, it appears that their several vegan items seem mainly to be rearranging these same ingredients. The small amount of chimichurri I was given added some flavor and was ok, but did not knock my socks off. None of it was bad, and I do think they made at least the arepa fresh with decent ingredients, but there just wasn't much flavor. Finally, they use big styrofoam packaging for to-go, which is actually enough to mean I would avoid eating here again. (Not being a local, I don't know how common this is, but I know it's not even nominally recyclable in SLC and that not all places do it. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-05"
