Blackburn's Bbq - Meny

This was my first time eating hear and I for sure will return everything was delicious. The corn casserole, southern potatoe salad, collard greens and smoked cabbage yum yum. The BBQ ribs the meat was seasoned just right and was so tender. We always ordered pulled pork to take home with some sides because we wanted to try other things. The people working there were friendly and always asking if we needed anything.

We stopped at Blackburn?s Barbecue in Eagle Lake for lunch on the way to Monster Jam yesterday. It was three adults and a child. Love the new layout and the new menu. We tried the fried okra for an appetizer and it was the best fried okra we have had. We forgot to get pictures of the other food but it was amazing. we ordered brisket, smoked turkey, pulled pork, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, baked beans, smoked cabbage. Their baked beans and smoked cabbage is the best! Definitely try them. Ok, our first time at Blackburn's BBQ and they did not disappoint! We had already ate a little off our plates before I remembered to take photos lol. I got the pulled pork, potato salad, corn casserole and settled for the garlic toast, as they ran out of the corn muffin. Pulled pork was moist and really good paired with the sweet and spicy homemade bbq sauce! The potato salad reminded me of my grandmothers, very good.
