"This location has the unfriendly staff I've ever encountered at a Panera. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and rather than offering to replace it or provide a refund, the manager, Amanda, begrudgingly offered me a free pastry, saying, "That's all we can do." The sandwich was not only made incorrectly but also poorly assembled and very lacking in substance. I paid $20 for a badly made sandwich that I didn’t even order correctly.
