"so many good items on the menu that are not originally vegan that they can make vegan! I have the Mediterranean salate and took the cheese and added its tempeh. it was the best attempt I ever had! also my brother got a burrito and took the meat and the milk, but replaced the tempeh, and it was a huge burrito filled with rice and other goodies also! very impressed that they had something for everyone and will be back."

Very neat brewery. They have a lot of vegan options but you will have to ask for something without eggs or dairy. They have seitan chicken and chorizo. The servers are all nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Be aware that their black bean burger has both dairy and eggs in it.

boojum was a great experience! it is a large restaurant/brewery with a fixed menu. I have added the Mediterranean salad (no cheese) and the maple soy since. it was delicious. came with salat, tomato, crispy green beans, artichokes and the sincean. comes with a green divine dressing that is usually not vegan, so I got balsamico vinaigrette instead. service was great. has TV.

absolutely great service, while on a Saturday afternoon really busy, super fun atmosphere with outside and inside seat, classic and funny beer choices, and eating! eating was incredible! many options for vegan and vegetarian. they can divide maple soytempeh for each protein. this is a top-notch place. a must for tourist and asheville locals. plan to stop here after their hike on the blue ridge parkway.
