"We arrived at 5 pm (1 hour before our reservation) and although some tables were occupied by guests in the restaurant, we said we had to wait until 6 pm. On my demand that this is really serious, the staff was patty and unfriendly. We immediately lifted our table and started our journey to Hamburg. We are regular guests at the Grandhotel Heiligendamm and there would happen something NIE. I will not enter a restaurant or hotel in the foreseeable future.
