"We stayed at the hotel and part of the welcome package is 2 drinks from this lounge. We arrived at 5:20pm, the place had a few tables filled. We chose the table by the window. After waiting for 15 minutes the waitress came by and let us know that because we're sitting at the table by the window it would take longer to be served as she was working alone and it took longer to come out to the table. Not the way we wanted to be welcomed. We ordered wings and 2 drinks, waited another 15 minutes for the drinks and another 20 mins for the wings. Wings was good, service was not, we will never go back there, we can get those wings up the street at wild Buffalo."

the food and drinks were absolutely incredible and delicious! for eating we share the hanger steak with a caesar salad and the bacon wrapped dates. the best part even better than the delicious was our server, whose name I was thinking mac, he was absolutely one of the most attentive and helpful and friendly and pleasant and flattering and lifting people we have ever met, and we will definitely visit again! a many thanks again mac, they are really a classy

Huge difference of the actual building versus the photos. It’s a older building. The vents in the bathroom do not work. They told us to just open the window. The doors are narrow., the rooms have been remodeled but does not look like the photos. The staff is super nice though. Also when I booked through Hotels.com, it was $1745 for 10 nights total, however upon check in there is a $25 additional daily fee for our puppy and an additional $20 per day parking fee. We were already charged $20 per day for “resort fee”. The front desk waived the dog fee and the parking fee as a courtesy as it was not disclosed.
