"The food was very good. I used the door and hers always on time, hot and ready to eat. I just ordered ox tails and nothing else. I was recommended to eat this during an event in NY. I've been tied up since then. The worst experience I had here was burned grain bread (it is not called that, but what it looks and there was too much fat on the ox tails. One time, a part of the drink was a little, but nothing crazy. The homemade tea is powerful. Very strong, but difficult to drink from yourself since his overpower. Still taste great. I've been coming here for about 3-4 years now and other than the owner being a bit testy at times, I have no conplaints. The food is always satisfying.

This is a small place in East Orange. The owner is amazing and her food is an experience: I usually get the fish with Mac and cheese. It is recommended if you are in the area. You should call. It takes a while until the food is ready, but it is worth waiting. Get for soul food lovers!
