"It takes a different kind of skill to repeatedly fail to execute orders properly and it takes an equally unique set of skills to respond with passive aggressive disinterest.Imagine being the first customer of the day and you hand the clerk a perfectly written order on a piece of paper.....the clerk reads it off, enters the order and then you go home, the wife opens her order then gives me a look of disgust and asks, "how did they make it wrong again? "So, I call and politely express my dismay and they guy answering the phone, sounding half awake, says, "what do you want us to do? "How about care?"

Imagine paying for avocado on a bagel and they serve you this. Also have a diary allergy so imagine how annoying seeing the lazy orders cream cheese on your bagel.I edited the next avocado bagel I got which had 2 measley slices on one side only of a bagel. They really missed the mark.

Heard so much about this place thought I’d stop in, as a veteran I figured they might have a deal for Veterans Day.I walked right up to the counter as no one was in line waiting to give my order, as soon as a woman walked in behind me and stood there the guy at the front looked past me and called her up as if I wasn’t standing in front of his face, then told me I need to wait in line.I was rushed to make my order and within seconds out the door, agreed that customer service here is low. Bagel was good but definitely my first and LAST time.
