"no tablet that is one of the reasons we decided on bww today. the queen was watery. the wings were just for a wings in order. could have been fried a bit harder. we were charged for the celery, although there was no mention of a fee for celery on the menu. had to ask for caramel sauce for the cheesecake, although caramel sauce is in the actual name of dessert and the cheesecake was completely frozen. the server has not even offered a full or discount for it. I ordered a Double All American Cheeseburger and both Pattie’s were completely burnt. This was my first and last time ordering. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and thought I would give their burgers a try. I will definitely stick with the wings!!!!

Can't even say worst service bc we were never served. Said we could sit at hightop, then said couldnt get served. Then sat us at table and proceeded to watch everyone around us get served. After 25 minutes we left as the servers laughed. Brutal.

Not good at all. My order was suppose to be ready at 7:10 at the latest. I got to the restaurant at 7:30. Was immediately told my order wasn't ready yet. Waited till 8 pm and showed the worker my order on my phone only to discover she had it in the warmer the entire time. The chicken was super dry and tasteless. Horrible experience
