"Love the food here! The wings are really big with many choices for flavors in both sauces or dry rubs. I chose original buffalo sauce which was perfect. I did have to ask for additional sauce as the wings were lacking a lot of sauce. The burger was also very tasty and I would recommend, much better than I had expected. We ordered a large order of cheese curds and onion rings as well and the portions are very large so keep that in mind. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and the cheese curds were amazing! Michael Simpson, one of the best server ever!!! I walked in very upset with the attitude of the hostess and waited more than 5 mins at a hightop because she told us to sit where ever at the bar section. Michael noticed us waiting and WE asked if we could move to where ever his section was, from then on he was just amazing. I have had service that was good, but never experience service that was as great as the service Michael had provided that night!

Based on the reviews, I was a bit hesitant and not to mention, I have not ate BWW in years. But, from the reviews, it seemed like customer service was a common denominator- though, the reviews were not really recent. My homie and I went around 5:30 and our server by the name of Jessica was quite attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Considering it was not crowded, we got our food quick. Very fresh and I was a happy camper. I definitely cannot take reviews as gold because there are probably other variables that contributed to the users experiences. Thankfully, my experience was favorable.
