"I met a friend at this cute little café, nestled in downtown Wylie. Looks like it might be a fun place to walk and shop with friends, but it was the first time either of us had been there. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive, stopping by just enough to make sure we had what we needed, but not too much to interrupt the girl talk we had going on. She hit the sweet spot! The food is what you'd expect from a small café not gourmet cooking, but still good. Lots to choose from when it comes to eggs and sides, including a favorite of mine not everyone has corned beef hash. It was a bit on the salty side for me, but was still very tasty. The price is right, too, as my breakfast came to about $9. For the amount of food I got 2 eggs, 2 slices of buttered toast, hashbrowns, and corned beef hash that's incredibly reasonable. I didn't try the hashbrowns, as I was content by the time I got around to it. The decor is fun and kitchy, and the restaurant was relatively full the whole time we were there 3.5 hours (see girl talk note above). Seems like a popular little hangout. Parking is like it is in a lot of downtown spots, but I was fortunate to find a spot literally at their front door. All in all, it was a nice visit and I believe I'll come here again sometime!"
