"I typically steer clear of Burger King because I've had consistently bad experiences at other locations. However, I decided to give this particular restaurant a shot because I love their charbroiled burgers - and I was pleasantly surprised! The person who took my order (I believe it was the manager) was extremely friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. I also appreciated that the doors were unlocked, which was convenient for me as I drive a larger vehicle that doesn't fit in the drive-thru."

My husband and I haven't had Burger King in a while since the one on Brice Rd closed in Reynoldsburg, OH. Please make sure this one on 256 in Reynoldsburg, OH stays open. I would give them five stars and even more if possible. Their food was delivered quickly and still hot through DoorDash, and their service was excellent.

I ordered a chicken meal with onion rings instead of fries, but was told that it was not available. I asked if the whole meal was unavailable and was informed that it would take 8 minutes. I decided to wait, but when I got home, I found that the onion rings were old and soggy, as if they were from the day before. The chicken was cold, so it was clear that it hadn't just been made. I recommend that customers check their orders before leaving the restaurant.
