I tried their special smoked brisket chili, and it absolutely blew me away. They packed in the flavor, and it was fantastic. Kudos to your barbecue establishment! I'm definitely going to return.

Best ribs and food I've had for a long time. Sauces, ribs, Mac n cheese, brisket and pulled turkey all 10 out of 10. And the workers were all super nice. It's just regret that I didn't find them earlier! Any rating under 5 stars probably had Covid and could cost nothing. Can't wait to try more. Edit: I took the bread from the sandwich and just made a plate.

Burk's has quality BBQ with friendly service in Oakmont for over a year where they are caught by the main tow on the river side. Limited seats inside (tools and counters). But in fair weather there are a few picnic tables on the street. I decided for the smoked bird, in this case a drawn chicken sandwich on a roasted and buttered bungalow. I was stupid of the mostly white meat, but the taste profile was sweet and earthy.
