"Having recently moved here from a big city area that had an AMAZING food scene, we 've had to temper our expectations of many restaurants as being 'Redding Good ' vs what we were used to back in our former home. This is the first place that just legitimately blew us away. The staff was excellent. The ambiance was perfect. The food... My goodness... The FOOD! By far, the best we 've had in Redding, and would easily compete with the best restaurants across the country. It 's that good. If you 're looking for a date night, you 'd be doing yourself a disservice by not coming here."

our entire group was very happy with this place, which was surprising as we made of 2 vegan, 1 vegetarian and 2 carnivores. the house made fococcia was incredible, how was the beet salad, and the curry all vegan . not a ton of veg options, but still really delicious. great friendly staff and atmosphere too!

Wow....I love the ambiance, the attentive service and the great food. I love meeting my son there for dinner and can't wait for lunch to start. My favorite is the Mahi, Mahi tacos with that delicious sauce that drips all over those delicious tacos. My favorite...and I hardly ever have room for those ever changing delightful desserts. I highly recommend this café to all of my friends family. I certainly will be back!!!
