My German is not good so when I ordered verbally in what I'm sure was terrible German followed by English I did also point to the item in the case that...we wanted. The server appeared visibly annoyed eye roll etc. She actually gave us the incorrect item but we took it anyway out of some embarrassment. It was a tasty pastry but I would not go back as the service was so unpleasant. My husband said the coffee was just OK. There are a lot of options in this touristy area so if you have the chance I would try some place else. FYI, she told us they only accept payment with cash"

I think this is the worst Cafe we have been in Munich. Dirty mugs, rude waiters, tasteless desert... Not worth a penny.

So to start off the service was terrible and not a single smile amongst any of the staff along with the fact that a simple cup of tea cost euro we could not even pay by card cause the min amount that can be...paid by card is Please stay away it's not worth half what you pay for and you are treated like you should be grateful for being there

we found it by chance as it is on the first floor just next to a cookies shop.The ambience very nice ,tipically german, full of people but you find easilly where to sit thanks to the waiters .They are polite ,quick and of they work there are greek, gratuated from the greek university or polytechnical school of Greece.Very nice tea served with brown sugar and excellent coffee
