"One hotel and two completely different impressions. The location on the private peninsula with direct access to the lake, lawn, fireplace and large park is unique. The view from the hotel and the rooms is world class. The rooms, however, are in dire need of a refresh. They look worn and smell. Stains on the walls, strong wear and tear on the furniture and what is not possible moldy joints in the shower. In addition, the rooms are quite soundproof. The friendliness of the employees is limited. In Switzerland it is rather unusual for the waiter to stand in front of the guest with the bill and card machine after the negative question about dessert.
