"Haven't been to a Captain D' in over 20 years. Decided to stop and check it out. The food was the same as it was 20 years ago. But....The price for what I wanted was posted as $8.89 so that's what I ordered. The clerk said that will be $13.and change. I said wait a minute that's not the price. The price was raised yesterday! Really then why is it listed as $8.89 well sir that's because we haven't updated the prices. They were doing that as I ate my dinner. I'll probably never step foot in another Captain D's. It's more than just the added costs."

First time at a Captain D, loved it! The variety of breading on the chicken, fish, and shrimp was great. All of the meats were tender, fries and hush puppies were flavorful. Kudos to the team at this location. Friendly cashier and super fast service brought right to the table.

To be honest it's pretty average fare. I kind of put it on par with Long John silvers. Crab cakes. But they tasted okay. Honestly though the shrimp are tiny. The fish is the exact same thing that you get at Long John silver but it was the best thing on the plate they were pretty tasty. They also have a new lobster roll which honestly leaves a lot to be desired very little meat and there about 3 in Long.
