"My friend and I had the most wonderful experience in Anderson tonight. We had the waiter who worked the bar on Mondays, and he did perfect tonight, as well as the back of the house staff. My vein was perfectly cooked, my friend never had an empty glass, and he was an amazing interlocutor as well as attentive. Tonight was a very special anniversary, and his zeal to make this evening perfect was appreciated. Very recommended on Monday!"

My wife and I had an urgently needed night in Carrabba's, and it could not have been better. The fried zucchini Appetizer is a big step change, and the pasta court we shared was huge. Our server Julie B was friendly and accommodating. Only enough chat to make us feel at home, but not so much that we could not focus on our food. Everything came out hot (except the salad; and delicious.

The food was delicious (Chicken Bryan, fattyuccine Alfredo, home salad with creamy parmesan) and never disappointed. The staff was attentive, friendly, helpful and patient. Just the reason we don't visit more often because Carrabba's no longer offers half-formats. Certain dishes (such as the Bryan the lemon butter sauce is destroyed during reheating at home) are a waste of food and money.
