"The food and service were both excellent. Ther prices were very reasonable. The chimichurri chicken was excellent, the Chicken Cobb Salad was excellent as was the Steelhead Salmon over a bed of cold quinoa. The salt and pepper shrimp was very flavorful."

"I made a lunch reservation for my friend's birthday, and there were of us. I was on my lunch break, and unfortunately, even though we ordered quickly, it took a long time to get my food. I ended up being late for work, and shoveled my food in, plus the course dessert. I had to bring the rest of the entrée with me, since I was so rushed. My friend received her birthday dessert with a candle, after I Left, which was disappointing to me, since I had left already. And, my redfish entrée was actually not very good. I usually love but this was not the best experience Ive had"

"My friends and I have been trying to come here once a month since Hambone never disappoints! At this point, we have tried almost everything on the menu, and everything has been fantastic. From their chickpea hummus to that mind-blowing fried green tomato sandwich, their dishes guarantee to be a party in your mouth and an awakening of your senses. The textures and combination of flavors have thoroughly impressed all of us die-hard foodies. Service is always excellent as well as their kid and dog-friendly atmosphere. The only problem is that sometimes parking is a premium, and you will need to circle a few rides. Or park down the street and walk a few blocks. But all that is worth it because you will consuming all the calories.North Shore, you have impressed me so much with the deliciousness hidden on this side of the lake. And Hambone is the heart of that adventure to myself and 8 of my brunch friends. We happily drive across the Causeway because we know it ends with a full belly and happy memories at Hambone.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp leads up to the building but there is a gravel sitting area outside you will need ro navigate.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian options and they have been great at explaining what's in the dishes and making sure you don't get any surprises when the food comes."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Ambience has always been great, but under new owners/creative chef, Nuvolari’s has taken off. Menu is exciting, with specials and seasonal changes. Wine list is extensive and fairly priced. Same for wines by the glass. Service staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient. Having the General Manager on the floor helps with the service. A"

"Service was great, thank you Bella! I have never ordered a pork chop at a restaurant, but Bella promised me I would not be disappointed. The pork chop was incredible! I have never had meat so delicious anywhere! I sure would like the recipe! The portion was huge and would fill up the hungriest diner. My husband had the beef kabobs which were also wonderful. After eating what was leftover of my pork chop the next day, he had to admit it was even better than the kabobs. We both had the green beans, which were a little crunchy and very fresh, just the way we like them. The restaurant itself was pretty and very popular at lunchtime. All told, it was the best part of our visit to NOLA! PS. We were too full for sweets after lunch."
