"Everything was beautiful! Ambiance, decor, plating. Our server, Walter, was super knowledgeable and relaxed. He definitely contributed to the laid-back vibe that was present in the restaurant, in spite of the gorgeous surroundings. Caet does feel very relaxing. Walter assured us multiple times to take our time, and this was on a Friday night! It was great to be able to savor every course of our superb meal! We had soft-shell crab and oysters two ways to start and then a mix of beef, fish, and seafood dishes for our party of four, so we really experienced the gamut of Caet's offerings. Favorites included the roasted oysters w/Brie and Pork Belly, and the Redfish on Lobster risotto. Strangely, I would choose this for steak as well as seafood, as the NY strip and the Steak Frites were outstanding. The only deficit was the absence of Chocolate Cake. We had the mousse, which was excellent, and served in a brownie-like cake cup, but, alas it's not the same as chocolate cake."
