"I've been here for almost 20 years. The food is usually done right when we go. I have some bad orders from here over the years. As we know, bad checkers are just as bad if not worse than bad Bell. Odd-Sache tho, what I can't say about any other fast food place, they always get my order right. No. Every time. The 2 for $7 meals is one of the best options around now. I'm glad they started this! The new ordering computer is annoying, but it usually gets it right. Prepare for the occasional long lines around the usual times and late at night as they are one of the ONLY places open late due to the area (ghetto) of Pill Richey."

I went late at night and received surprisingly awesome service! The gentleman who took my order asked if I wanted to add anything to my burger, which is unheard of in fast food! His customer service was fantastic, and has earned checkers a repeat customer.

The one in Brooksville is a lot better I always have excellent service and they always get my order right but the one in Spring Hill they can't get a order right and it took them two hours to serve five people the food was cold the drinks were flat it was just one bad debacle after another I would not recommend the one in Spring Hill

I can't even say how angry I am with my last experience in this place. For some reason, people thought that it would be fun to pour a ridiculous amount of salt between my Burger patties. The burger was unusable and I tried to call the store for over an hour without answer. These people should not only be fired, but should be arrested! I will continue to contact this site and the company offices until the people who have done so are responsible for their actions!
