I just ordered two sandwiches and they both are dark brown fried crispy. That?s perfection. I ordered here yesterday and it didn?t look fried at all.. that?s a ?no bueno?. Keep them looking fried and crunchy!

This is by far the worst location of chikfila I have ever been to. Clueless staff who appear to be 16 and younger. Always out of items especially salads and Mac and cheese. Twice they have completely forgotten to give me dressing for my salad. Fries consistently soggy and cold. Not sure what?s going on but needs a corporate intervention asap.

I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I typically go to Mayo and have never had any issues. However, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru without moving, and even though the line wasn't long, it seemed like nothing was coming out of the kitchen. I thought at least my meal would be good considering how long I waited, but I was wrong—everything was cold. I received only 2 sauces, even though my order clearly specified 6. My mac and cheese was short by about 25%, and my fries were missing at least 45% of their portion. To top it off, my bun looked like chunks had been taken out of it.
