"I thought the spicy deluxe grilled chicken sandwich sounded delicious so I decided to pre-order it on their website. When I arrived to pick up my order, a young man brought it out 13 minutes later. It only took me 5 minutes to drive home, but when I opened the bag, both sandwiches were cold. They did not appear to be made fresh. I paid $14.32 for the two sandwiches and was quite disappointed. This was my first experience at this restaurant and it was not a good one."

I always have a great experience here. There is usually a long line, but I only had three cars ahead of me today. I received my lunch quickly. I appreciate how they always end the interaction with a polite "my pleasure". The atmosphere feels like a 5-star resort in a fast food setting. The food is top-notch, I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

I always order takeout. I usually have lunch in the morning. I don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes. Sometimes the fries are cold or stale, but I still recommend trying them. Occasionally they don't give a large portion of fries when ordered. For vegetarian options, you can order salads without meat. The restaurant is child-friendly with a playground. There are plenty of parking spaces for pickup, including at Walmart nearby.
