However, I spoke with the restaurant manager, Gustavo, who handled the situation well. He offered me alternative options and also acknowledged my previous review. The fact that he personally called to address the issue and provide other choices was impressive. This experience truly showed how excellent customer service can resolve any problem. In the evening, this restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with delicious food and great music! Our waiter was very friendly and suggested fantastic drinks and dishes for our group. The portion sizes were larger than we expected, so if you want to leave feeling satisfied, this is the perfect place to go! I will definitely be returning!
