"One of our family lovers. Well for families, especially on a budget, the food is delicious, the cheese dip is the best in the city. I wish the salsa was a bit smaller, but we're going for everything else. Eduardo and Julio know us with names and it's like hanging with friends when we go in. "The place was a bit slow at 430 a.m. on a Sunday that was perfect for my wife and I was how it made us feel special. But the only time did not last long as others sprinkle to treat their palate to a great Italian cousin. From the beautiful atmosphere to Mrs. Anna, our charming waitress was delighted with the whole experience. My wife and I don't often go and usually only go on some specific hunting. But this will be a new favorite of me. Franks for the great culinary experience and the relaxed atmosphere."

"Arrived for lunch on Saturday before noon. The place is packed, but that 's fine. No one is working the front desk and people are waiting so one guy starts signing himself in to the wait list. A waitress shows up and makes a bad joke about if he 's looking for a job, clearly not wanting him to sign himself in. The she walks off while there 's still a long line waiting to sign in. Another lady in front of us waits about 10 minutes for the same waitress to come back and the waitress signs her in. My family and I are standing right behind her (unfortunately making it hard for traffic to come in and out, but that 's how crowded it was and the waitress turns around to walk off again. I had to loudly call for her attention (with a simple excuse me and ask her to sign us in before she walks off again. She was clearly upset but did sign us in. This shouldn 't be our first exposure to this restaurant.At this point I have no idea if the food is good, and I 'm not worried about the crowds those things happen. But when staff from your restaurant comes to the front, they need to acknowledge all those waiting just to be signed onto the wait list, and they should be positive about it, instead of trying to ignore them and walk off and then getting upset when a customer gets their attention.EDIT: We ate the food and it was quite good, especially in comparison to what you pay for it. They did a great job with the fried jalapenos, and the various sliders were pretty good too. We had the same waitress and she started off fairly rude and with a bad attitude (like our earlier interaction but she became more friendly before we left. Nonetheless, I think there 's no excuse for her bad attitude towards us and generally ignoring customers when she had the opportunity to help being busy is not an adequate excuse for bad attitude."

"Pasta Grill was one of the most amazing Italian restaurants I ever went too. Went there for a date night. Everything tasted so fresh and wonderful! Bethany was our waitress. Although she was super busy!! She still managed to make sure that we have what we needed and kept checking in on us while serving other tables! I recommend this place for some good Italian food! We tried the Italian Nachos, Gnocchi, Cajun Crawfish Flatbread! 10/10 must try!"

"Amazing food. A little shocked we couldn't get a margarita there... it's Mexican food for goodness sakes. I had the quesadillas, friend had the tacos and a few others had the chicken and cheese dish can't remember what it was called but we were all happy with the food quality.
